ZOUXOU meets MAJA

ZOUXOU (pronounced "zoo-shoe"), created and founded by Katherine Theobalds, is a shoe company based in New York City, producing gorgeous and simple footwear. The shoes are handcrafted by Argentinian shoemakers using techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation. Produced in small quantities, the shoes are made to last and reduce waste and energy as part of responsible manufacturing practices in the slow fashion movement.

ZOUXOU reached out to create some collaborative imagery with Maja Dlugolecki, Portland-based painter and graphic designer. The vibrant minimalism and elegance of her work is reflected by the designs of ZOUXOU.
