I had the pleasure of exploring the relationship between taste and magic with New Orleans witch and ice cream maker Ryan Kurr of Arcana Creamery. I asked him to describe his thoughts on the relationships between flavor - particularly sour and sweet. There is a divine balance between the two, and Ryan explains what it means both creatively, and magically.
